About
Teens in Tech will be a community for teenagers who want to start podcasting, blogging, video-casting, and producing all types of new media. Users will be able to get their own blog where they can upload audio, text, video, and other files to their personalized blog.
Teens in Tech is currently under development and will launch in July 2008.
The purpose of this blog is to inform and to entertain the casual observer and technical expert on what Teens in Tech is doing to promote the use of technology and new media solutions by teenagers. This blog will focus on what Teens in Tech will do as a service that would seek to achieve its larger goal in bringing more teenagers into a technological realm.
As the next generation, teens will be making decisions in regards to the state of the world in only ten to thirty years. It is important that today’s teens embrace technology and new media while it exists so that they may not only use technology to further their social lives but also to further their future professional lives. Teens in Tech serves to bring more teens into technology so that new discoveries and innovations may continue to influence those who will choose to harness it in the future.
